Device of endovideosurgical instrument
Endosurgical instruments can be divided into the following groups:
- Access Tools
- Exposure Tools
- Tools for dissecting tissues and providing hemostasis
- Tools for connecting fabrics
- Auxiliary tools
There are both reusable (metal) and disposable (plastic) tools.
More common are metal tools made of stainless steel and alloys.
Each endoscopic surgical instrument has a handle, a working part and tubes between them.
The standard length of the trunk of laparoscopic instruments is from 30 to 40 cm.
Tools with a barrel less than 30 cm are used in thoracoscopy and pediatric surgery,
More than 40 cm - in bariatric surgery.
Instruments designed for unipolar electrocoagulation have a dielectric coating and a connector for connecting a high-frequency cable.
The handle can be equipped with a clam- plier to fix the elements of the working part in a certain position.
At present, modular tools are widely used, consisting of three exchangeable parts: handles with a rotary mechanism, tubes and working jaws.
In the tube lumen there is a rod for remote control of the jaws on the side of the handle.
The use of modular tools is easier and cheaper, as their components are interchangeable.
