In the case of a deep wound, an imposition of the immersion sutures that remain in the tissues forever is used to tightly contact the anatomical structures. They are applied mainly from a resorbable material, mainly catgut, or synthetic sutures (Vicryl / PGA)
The first injection of the needle is not done as usual, but from the lower part of the edge of the wound to the top. Then the node will be from below, not from above.
